Siska Schoeters goes looking for answers in ‘The Hot Seat’. She talks to groups of people who deal with a lot of prejudice because of their lifestyle, ideology, physical or psychological disorders.
Siska familiarizes herself with the topics by for instance checking in to the monastery or by immersing herself in the SM community.
But Siska also gives the entire country the chance to ask their very own questions. She audio records the questions the public would like to know the answers to, but are afraid to ask face to face. These questions are played back to the group who is the subject of the episode in an empty television studio. Every question is answered honestly and with vulnerability, broadening the mind of the viewers at home.
The Hot Seat is the place to be for some shameless curiosity.
